Historinhas Mágicas is an app that creates personalized children's stories with the help of artificial intelligence, to be read by parents and children.

2. Registration and eligibility

To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and be a parent or legal guardian. The account belongs to the family, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activities carried out under it.

3. Use by children

Use of the app by children must always be supervised by a responsible adult. It is up to you to decide which stories are appropriate for your child.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for illegal or offensive purposes or in ways that violate the rights of others, and not to attempt to bypass limits, security measures, or the normal operation of the service.

5. Content and stories

Stories are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or unexpected passages; review the content before reading or sharing it with children.

You may use the stories you create for personal and family purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The brand, app, layout, and other elements of Historinhas Mágicas are protected and may not be copied or used without authorization.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for maintenance or improvements.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app or from content generated by artificial intelligence.
